Corporate membership allows your company to support the health and wellness of their employees.

- All Corporate members are treated as annual memberships (12-months).  

- A minimum of 3 employees must enroll to form a Corporate membership at any given company.  

- The monthly rate for Corporate memberships is $32.00 for the employee ($30.00 for ages 60 and up).  

Note, it is not necessary for the company to pay a portion (or all) of the employees’ memberships.  Some companies have paid a portion of the fee, some have paid the entire fee, and some have paid none of it.  Employees generally appreciate the fact that they may join the Salem Community Center by paying through payroll deduction.  

The Corporate sponsor is responsible for transmitting one check per month to the Salem Community Center for all of the employees enrolled in the corporate plan.  Normally this is done through payroll deduction.  Sometimes small companies choose to pay the entire amount for all employees upfront and have the employees pay the company back.  

Employees may list their family members (if qualified per our application) on the Corporate Membership.  

The Membership Services Director will meet with representatives of your payroll and/or human resources department to work out the details of payroll deduction.  A membership signup form is customized to suit your needs.  

Members of the Salem Community Center staff are available to assist your employees with signups either at your site or at our facility.  

Information sheets (FAQ) about the center can be made to distribute to your employees.  This sheet can be personalized to contain your specific enrollment information.
